Parkdale Mills Inc. has presented its 2011 Vendor of the Year Award to Oerlikon Textile Inc., USA. The award was handed over to Oerlikon by Andy Warlick, Parkdale President and CEO, and Charles Heilig, Parkdale Executive Vice President. Mr. Warlick highlighted the excellent cooperation between Parkdale and Oerlikon Schlafhorst dating back over several decades. Parkdale received the first generation Autocoro machine in 1978 and is proud to be one of the largest producers of sales yarn in the world. Bob Sage, President of Oerlikon Textile Inc., thanked the Oerlikon Schlafhorst Sales and Customer Support teams both in Germany and in the USA for their excellent support and service: "This award exemplifies our hard work and dedication which allows us to operate at such a high level.
