Online Quality Monitoring covering also ring spinning
|
The Oerlikon Schlafhorst Ring-Spindle Identification System is for online quality monitoring in linked Autoconer-Ring Spinning Machine installations. At the transfer of the spinning bobbins to the winding machine, the number of the doffing at the ring spinning machine and the number of the ring spindle is stored in the Caddy chip. The quality data obtained by the yarn clearer are related exactly to each ring spindle.
The quality of the yarn spun can be continuously observed and any change noticed. Targeted elimination of the faults at the ring spinning machine is thus possible at an early stage. |
