Roving frame with integrated doffer
Zinser 670 RoWeMat
| The Zinser 670 RoWeMat has been designed to ensure easy automation within the context of an integrated overall concept. This means that all the automation components have been incorporated within the machine. The solutions are consistently simple operation, increase of efficiency and profitability. Zinser 670 RoWeMat is available in different automation stages. A manual bobbin removal from the bobbin storage of the machine can be combined with the fully automatic integrated doffer. Alternatively, bobbin transfer into a roving bobbing transport system can be effected at the Zinser 670 RoWeMat with the fully automatic bobbin transfer station RoWeLift. The integration into a complete automation concept, e.g. Zinser FixFlow, is possible. |

High roving quality - decisive for the production of quality yarn
Rovings of high quality are an absolute necessity for high-quality ring-spun yarns. The outstanding spinning geometry of Zinser 670 RoWeMat owes much to the raised heads of the rear flyer row. The roving thus enters the heads of both flyer rows at exactly the same angle. No count deviations between the front and rear flyer row occur. |
