The transfer station RoWeLift

The transfer station represents the interface between Zinser 670 RoWeMat und Zinser 670 BigPac and a roving bobbin transport system which realizes the transport of the bobbins to the ring spinning machines. After the automatic doffing operation, the bobbins are transferred to the transfer station.

 
Here, two full bobbins from the roving frame are exchanged against two empty tubes from the roving bobbin transport system. A high transfer rate is ensured by the exchange of two bobbins per cycle, i.e. the roving frames can be prepared very quickly for the next automatic doffing operation.
