RoWeClean

RoWeClean is placed beside the transfer station at the end section of the roving frames Zinser 670 RoWeMat and Zinser 670 BigPac. The tube cleaning unit is not connected to the roving bobbin transport system, but is directly assigned to the roving frame. Due to this reason, the exchange of the roving bobbins and the cleaning of the tubes can take place simultaneously in a parallel way. 

The tube cleaning unit cleans two flyer tubes per cycle. The sucked-off roving is opened to a very fine degree and is stored in a collection box. This collection box is then automatically emptied. The opened roving can be re-added to the production process in almost every case.
