RoWeClean

RoWeStore is placed beside the transfer station at the end section of the roving frames Zinser 670 RoWeMat and Zinser 670 BigPac.

After a transfer and tube cleaning operation, the now clean flyer tubes are transported by one step further inside the roving frame. At the same time, the tubes are checked by a sensor for a successful tube cleaning. Un-cleaned tubes are transferred to a tube magazine located in the bottom part of the roving frame's end section. The un-cleaned tube is removed and replaced by a cleaned tube from the tube magazine. The tube magazine has a tube reserve of a total of 20 cleaned tubes.
