Application range:
Suitable for all new-generation Oerlikon Schlafhorst roving frames and ring spinning machines (machines with VMEbus control system).
Older machines and machines of other manufacturers can be connected by means of Zinser CoPilot.
Data acquisition:
Zinser DataGuard provides all data - this data can be individually processed, graph form and compiled for data of the individual machines transmitted to a PC where they displayed, edited as reports in analysis.
Hardware requirements:
Standard PC as server with Pentium III processor, 256 MB RAM, Windows 2000® operating system
Microsoft SQL Server 2000® database system
Add on’s:
Expandable to include additional PC clients for visualization and operation
Networking with other systems: ConerPilot and other Windows® based systems |
